BE Waxed Studio is strictly by appointment only as there is only one of me! Please schedule your appointment online with a valid credit card to hold your spot and pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. You will receive an email and/or text message 24 hours before your scheduled appointment as a reminder.
Running fashionably late for your reservation? Overslept? Traffic on the road? I have a 10 minute late policy. If you are more than 9 minutes late and you fail to communicate, you will be marked as a No Show, incur the No Show Fee (See No Show policy below) and we may have to reschedule all of part of your services. I ask that you call/text and let me know that you are running late so I can try my best to accommodate you.
I understand that things come up, but I do ask that you give me at least a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Please understand that when you don't give enough notice it creates a missed opportunity to fill that appointment time, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients. As a courtesy you will receive an email and/or text message 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your emails aren't checked regularly, your email address was changed, phone number was changed, or the reminder has gone to your spam filter, etc., it is still your responsibility to know when your appointment is so that you can avoid late arrivals, no shows or cancellations. Clients with late-cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service/s total.
No Show Policy
If you do not show for your confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of your service/s amount. Please be considerate to me as your one and only service provider. When you do not show you affect my earnings for the day, which is unfair. I may also have clients who would have loved your appointment spot, but couldn't take it because it was reserved for you. If you No Show a second time or if the No Show fee is unsuccessful (1st time or 2nd time) you will need to REQUEST any further appointments when booking online. After sending your request, you will need to wait for your Service Provider to accept or decline your appointment and you may be asked to pay for your service/s in advance.
If you No Show a third time you will be Black-listed from being able to book again.
Brazilian Up-Keep Policy
Keeping up with your Brazilian services is important and makes the service much easier for both you and me! Choosing to provide an Up-Keep price for my clients that come monthly is like a little thank you each time you get a Brazilian. If you are a new client you will pay the regular price of $60.00 for a first time Brazilian wax with me. After the initial wax, if the client reschedules the Brazilian within 30 days, the client will always pay $45.00, for an Up-Keep price. If the client exceeds the 30 day policy; they are no longer considered an Up-Keep and will have to pay the regular price, but can resume with their Up-Keeps after that. If you NO SHOW for a confirmed scheduled Up-Keep appointment you will have to pay 100% of your service amount. Please call ahead of time to reschedule or cancel your Up-Keep to avoid this.
Invalid/Insufficient Funds Credit Cards
If a Cancellation/No Show charge is unsuccessful at the time of processing, an invoice will be sent out that must be paid in full before being able to book any future appointments. Failure to pay the invoice/fee will result in restricted access to booking online or getting black-listed from booking any appointments in the future.
I love them! And I have little ones of my own, but I do ask that you don't bring them for their own safety as my space is small.
I gladly accept cash (must be exact amount), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and debit cards. I also accept payments through Zelle, which is connected through my email address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Food & Beverage Policy
Bottled water in my treatment room is fine, however any other types of drinks or food will not be allowed.
